Margaritaville Coming to Pigeon Forge in 2014

After several months of being on hold, it was announced today that Jimmy Buffett will open a new Margaritaville restaurant in Pigeon Forge, TN:

The restaurant,which has locations all over the world, will feature casual dining, a bar, live entertainment, and a retail store. It will be located in The Island in Pigeon Forge, which recently opened.

It’s set to open on Valentines Day, 2014.

Pigeon Forge Mayor, David Wear commented, “Margaritaville has locations from Key West to Montego Bay to Waikiki, so it’s a real treat to see Pigeon Forge added to that impressive list. Margaritaville’s decision to open here is a testament to Pigeon Forge’s strength as a tourism destination, and I am delighted to welcome them to town.
