The Caymanian Compass has an article on the Margaritaville that is being constructed on Grand Cayman:

Construction is nearing completion, which should allow for Margaritaville to open within a month.

Margaritaville will take up some 15,000 square feet of space, which will accommodate 642 people, including about 200 in the nightclub, Mr. Screaton said.

Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band debuted the song “Nothing But A Breeze” in the first set of Tuesday night’s show in Indianapolis, Indiana. The song, a Jesse Winchester cover, will appear on the new album.

Here’s a look at just a few of the offerings from his empire that help earn him an estimated $60 million to $70 million a year. His image may say beach bum, but his bank account says Buffett.
