A Buffett World forum member confirmed from a reliable source that former Coral Reefer Greg “Fingers” Taylor appears with Jimmy Buffett on the soon-to-be-released “Hoot” Soundtrack.

Taylor is legendary among Parrot Heads. His sound can be heard on countless Buffett tracks through the years.

Fingers left the Coral Reefer Band a few years ago, and it’s unknown right now whether he will tour again with the band this year.

The “Hoot” soundtrack will be released on April 18th. Pre-Order It Now!

Mac McAnally, Coral Reefer and frequent songwriting partner with Jimmy Buffett, will play a show in Sheffield, Alabama Thursday night.

It isn’t surprising that singer, songwriter and guitarist Peter Mayer, born to Christian missionaries, would end up playing concerts at churches across the United States.

But his other job is more unexpected. Each year, Mayer plays lead guitar at sold-out arenas and amphitheaters for an oft-hedonistic crowd of “Parrotheads” as part of Jimmy Buffett’s Coral Reefer Band.
