Looks like the ticket brokers were right. LiveNation is confirming this morning that Jimmy Buffett will return to Toronto this summer:

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 25th at 10 am ET.
The site lists a Live Nation / Mobile App Presale starting Thursday, March 24th at 10 am ET. We’re not sure what’s involved. If you know details, please let us know so we can share with others.
