Bloggernews.net reports that the resolution passed yesterday, citing Buffett as “a world-class entertainer known for his support of charitable and environmental causes throughout the region,” and that “more than 1,500 active Pennsylvania Parrot Heads (as some of his supports are known) join all citizens of this Commonwealth in Welcoming Jimmy Buffett …”

Buffett performs at the Post-Gazette Pavilion in Pittsburgh on the 23rd.
Attention Pittsburgh concert attendees: Radio Margaritaville DJ Miles Hampton will be roaming the parking lot all day recording interviews with fans for replay later on. Be sure to look for him!
