He will be in Time Magazine and USA Today on May 4th, and, as previously noted, you can catch Jimmy on Regis & Kelly on Friday, May 5th.

May 1st, 2006The Dallas Morning News has an article on Jimmy supporting Kinky Friedman’s gubernatorial run in Texas.
The word is that during a midnight call last week, the Margaritaville magnate committed to offer hefty financial backing to the Kinky campaign.
“All I want when you’re governor is Port Aransas,” Jimmy told Kinky.
“You sure you don’t want Dallas?” Kinky countered.
“No, no,” Jimmy said. “Port Aransas.”

May 1st, 2006Jimmy Buffett appeared on the the Today Show in New York City today. He discussed the movie Hoot and the Hoot Soundtrack with Katie and Matt. They also mentioned that Jimmy will be back at the end of the month to perform.
