Jimmy Buffett may be a beach-bum troubadour to his Parrothead fans, but he’s Nashville’s newest icon. Country stars have signed up in droves to sing with him ever since he and Alan Jackson scored a No. 1 hit with It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere, a hedonistic anthem that fits Buffett’s slap-happy escapism.
