Watch Buffett on JazzFest Webcast!

Jimmy and the Coral Reefers are scheduled to appear in the May 8th New Orleans Jazz Fest broadcast! Beginning at 6 p.m. CST, the high definition broadcast will include approximately 4 hours each night of performances, interviews, as well as a trip around the Fair Grounds to give viewers a glimpse at some of the elements that make Jazz Fest so special.

Margaritaville.com has posted another video from Jimmy’s StageIt demo during SXSW. This one is Buffett performing “Chanson Pour Les Petits Enfants.” Before singing, Buffett mentions that he’ll be rehearsing for the tour in Austin again this year.

Australian Interview with Jimmy

Morning television host Kerri-Anne interviewed Jimmy Buffett while he was in Australia.

In the interview, they discuss the inspiration for the song Margaritaville (Austin, Texas gets the credit), the Jamaica Mistaica incident, Lionel Richie, parrotheads, “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere” and a few other topics.
