For Buffett, one of the top touring acts of all-time, it will be his first visit to Vancouver in 24 year.

“Twenty-four years is a long time to wait, but Rogers Arena is thrilled to welcome Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band back to the city this October,” Michael Doyle, Rogers Arena’s president of live entertainment, said in a statement. “Bringing Margaritaville to our venue will inevitably be a concert highlight of 2017.”

Jimmy Buffett will make another tour stop this year in San Diego. It was announced today that he’ll play the Mattress Firm Amphitheater (formerly the Sleep Train Amphitheater) in October:

This will mark Buffett’s fourth concert here in barely a year.

Last September, he headlined the second night of the three-day KAABOO Del Mar festival, where he drew a crowd estimated at around 25,000. Buffett returned in October to perform his first show at Humphreys Concerts by the Bay since 1984. It sold out in a matter of minutes.

It’s been a few years since Jimmy Buffett has performed in Toronto, but that’ll change in August when he brings the Coral Reefer Band to the Budweiser Stage.
