It’s time for Patrick Kane of the Chicago Blackhawks to have his turn with the Stanley Cup, and after taking it to Buffalo he plans to bring it with him to the Jimmy Buffett concert in Chicago on Saturday night:
Patrick Kane will get an early start Friday on his first day with the Stanley Cup. The Blackhawks star will bring the Cup to the Cave of the Winds in Niagara Falls State Park on the Hurricane Deck at 8:30 a.m.
Afterward, Kane will meet with pediatric and adult cancer patients and thank local steelworkers for their painted tribute “(Buzz) Pat Kane Wins Stanley Cup” on a sixth-floor steel beam of a building under construction behind Buffalo General Hospital.
Kane will bring the Cup back to Chicago on Saturday night and has promised to bring it to the Jimmy Buffett concert at Toyota Park.
