2005 A SALTY PIECE OF LAND TOUR

The 2005 A Salty Piece of Land Tour, named after the book of the same name, saw Jimmy and the Reefers make 27 stops from Toronto to Waikiki and places in-between. Among these stops were returns to Toronto for the first time since 1996 and Santa Barbara for the first time since 1997. Five stadium shows were played in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia (x2) and Chicago (x2). The Chicago shows were the first ever in Wrigley Field and were captured on DVD with the release “Live in Wrigley Field.” Non tour shows include several stops opening new Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants, “The Big Apple to the Big Easy” benefit in New York and a return of Freddy and the Fishsticks in Aspen. |
