2001: A BEACH ODYSSEY

The 2001: A Beach Odyssey Tour, named after the movie of a similar name, saw Jimmy and the Reefers make 22 stops from Phoenix to New York and places in-between. Among these stops were returns to Cuyahoga Falls for the first time since 1996 and Birmingham for the first time since 1992. Non tour shows include surprise shows in Orlando and New Orleans as well as the 3rd annual East Hampton benefit show.
On September 11th, Jimmy was scheduled to play in Indianapolis. He postponed the show due to the 9/11 attacks, and also pushed back Thursday and Saturday’s Chicago shows. “This is no time to shake our ass and party,” Buffett told his band and crew. |
