Confirmed Songs: “Please Take Your Drunken 15 Year old Girlfriend Home,” “Havana Daydreamin’,” “Someone is Taking Us to the Cleaners (And I’ve Already Had My Shirts Done)”,”They Don’t Dance Like Carmen No More,” “Saxophones,” “Come Monday,” “Why Don’t We Get Drunk,” “Ballad of Spider John,” and “Life is Just a Tire Swing.”

This is the first confirmed existence of the unreleased song “Someone is Taking Us to the Cleaners (And I’ve Already Had My Shirts Done).” A copy of “Havana Daydreamin'” with it has been rumored to exist but never surfaced. The newspaper review mentions it as “unfinished” and Jimmy’s “bicentennial effort” which seems to indicate it was never recorded for the album.
