This was the 1st Annual US Festival. Jimmy was the third act on the Bill on the Final Day that included Jerry Jeff Walker, Jackson Browne, and the Grateful Dead. The whole event was broadcast live on Pay-Per-View and although Jimmy’s set has never been available, the Historic Films site seems to own the footage and you can license it from them here.
