Oh, BTW, BBBBB, if you don't have a facebook account, you may want to get one. This thread spilled over onto facebook this evening.

I'm with BBBB on this one, except for the slaw and potatoes. Don't want my grits with any Crisco or bacon grease and NO grit patty. cooked in water with added salt, and butter.

even the smell of collards cooking gag me :puke:

I have never eaten slaw prepared by anyone, who does cook Southern style, that I could eat. They use vinegar and no sugar in the dressing...another :puke: ....but I'm sure Stac can fix good slaw.

I'm crushed I've had no influence on her cooking Kermit's relatives, (tsk tsk) but I'll keep trying.

I always feel sorry for all those poor little frogs in wheel chairs after getting their legs cut off.

It is kind of ironic that, other than dogs, frogs are my most favorite creatures. In fact, our house is pretty much decorated with frogs. Kinda weird now that I think about it

From the looks of them, the butt is still attached, so those poor guys can't even sit in wheelchairs, they just slump! :duck:
