Looks like we may have seen the last of “peaked in high school” Rob Lowe.
Comcast filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau claiming DirecTV couldn’t support many of its claims.
Subsequently, The Better Business Bureau recommended DirecTV to cease the ads, siding with Comcast that
the company couldn’t substantiate many claims they made in the ad.
While DirecTV is planning to appeal the decision, it may be awhile before we get a glimpse at “painfully awkward” and “meathead” Rob Lowe.
The constant fighting between large cable companies is nothing new, but this latest spat makes the paying
customers the victims.

Those commercials have definitely run their course anyway. Good at first, but just kept going with it.
